When will my order arrive?

Each piece is produced by hand so conservative expectations have to be set. A 1-3 business day processing time is expected, depending on order volume.

After that, a 1-4 business day delivery is expected.

However, the world isn't perfect. Mistakes and errors happen. Before reaching out, please allow up to 7 business days from the day your order is shipped for it to arrive. If it hasn't arrived after 7 business days, please contact me at lucas@tgc.earth.

What is your returns policy?

I offer a 7/14 day returns policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact me within 7 business days of delivery at lucas@tgc.earth and send it back to me within 14 business days. Upon arrival, I will issue you a full refund.

I won't send you a damaged piece (tears, holes, incomplete assembly). However, I can't promise it will arrive intact. Shipping carriers make mistakes. Please contact me at lucas@tgc.earth and I'll sort out the issue with you one-on-one.
